Shipping policy

Destinations and currency. We ship to the United States, Canada and most international destinations. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars.

Shipping cost. A standard shipping rate of $4.95 is displayed at checkout and is automatically discounted to $0.00 for every destination we ship to. If you are ever charged for shipping, contact us and we will correct it.

Processing time. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time is separate from transit time.

Transit time. Orders ship from Canada. United States: typically 4–8 business days in transit after processing. Canada and international destinations: transit time varies by carrier and destination; an estimate is shown at checkout where available. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Taxes and duties. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees on delivery. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your shipping address carefully. We are unable to reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot refund orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping (US) or arrives damaged, email support@tallowsociety.com with your order number and we will make it right.
