Refund policy

30-day returns on unopened jars.

Eligibility. You may return any unopened, unused jar within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept jars that have been opened or used.

How to start a return. Email support@tallowsociety.com with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship a return before receiving instructions.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund you if you prefer.

Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue the refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges, where any were paid, are non-refundable except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
